On behalf of my husband, my two Shetland sheepdogs, and myself, I would like to thank Dan, Mark, and Donny for doing an outstanding job on installing our gas furnaces, air-conditioning units, and hot water heater.

For the past two and half years my husband and I have lived with an electric heat pump that not only kept our electric bills at or around $300-$340 per month, but kept our house continuously cold during the winter and extremely damp and humid during the summer. Not only were Jason and I miserable with the inside temperature of our home, our guests were as well. In fact, my father refused to visit our house during the winter because be said, “you could hang meat in that house!’.

Jason and I set out about a year ago to obtain quotes to replace our furnaces, air conditioners, and hot water heater. The first two quotes we obtained stated that there was, “no way” w~ could convert from an electric heat pump to a gas furnace because of the placement of our heat pump units. The third quote came back stating that we could convert to only one gas furnace, and the other unit had to remain an electric heat pump. Jason and I thought that after three quotes from very reputable heating and air companies in the Greater Sacramento Area that we were not going to get the gas furnaces we so badly wanted. We were both disappointed with the estimates we received and decided that are only choice was to purchase two new extremely efficient heat pumps. We did purchase the heat pumps, but thank god revoked our contract after meeting with Dan and hearing that we could in fact convert to gas furnaces! Dan did something that no other heating and air representative was able to do. He listened to what our heating and air needs were and proposed the most efficient and cost effective units to help meet those needs.

Within a week Jason and I had two of All Year’s most knowledgeable installers, Mark and Donny, crawling around our attic and sliding underneath our house. The team took about four and half days to inspect, replace, and clean our duct work install gas piping throughout the house; install and test the furnaces, air-conditioning unit, and hot water beater; and patch everything up to make it look like they had never been there. I was very pleased with the outcome of the project and cannot tell you how grateful I am to have a warm house at last!
